I understand that beginning therapy can be overwhelming and I take pride on my unique ability to connect and build a therapeutic relationship with my clients. I believe that finding the “right fit” of therapists is one of the most important factors in the therapeutic process. I specialize in working with teenagers, and young- middle aged adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, navigate life transitions, low self-esteem/self worth, impulsivity, rebellious/defiant behaviors, poor family relationships, self harm, social challenges and/or negative peer relationships.
