About

Hi! I'm Carly (she/her). I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in Oregon and Washington, adjunct professor, and supervisor to therapists-in-training. Supporting intimate partners and helping people navigate difficult relationship dynamics is at the heart of my work.

I believe in individual and collective healing and liberation for all people through trauma-informed relational work that honors everyone’s unique experience.

I use modalities like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family System (IFS), attachment theory, and somatic practices that encourage self-compassion and open us to transformational connection.
