Together we will unwind mental health challenges, release deep emotional blocks and rewire your nervous system to find a path that's fulfilling, joyful and balanced. We'll use the latest evidence-based therapies to address concerns like: Depression, mood disorders, grief and phobias; Relationship challenges (including adult families); Life transitions (career, divorce, empty nest, retirement); Coping habits like drugs, overeating, excessive exercise and serial relationships; Anxiety & ADHD; Psychedelic integration (incorporating meaning and insight).
