Living with ADHD is exhausting: You have to mask around others to appear "normal". You may beat yourself up because of it, causing low self-esteem. Sometimes, it can cause you to have a hard time focusing on the tasks you have to get done. Conflicts occur between you and your loved ones as a result of your executive dysfunction. You are not alone. Like many of us, you’re probably someone who has made valiant efforts to change your life, but because of you being wired differently, it can be hard to do so.
I specialize in working with professionals with ADHD who want to love themselves for who they are. My warm and supportive, yet direct approach creates a safe space for you to unmask and be yourself. Our work will focus on learning and practicing skills, reconnecting with yourself, and increasing self-compassion. I also offer adult ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD assessments for those who want to further explore who they are and to learn about supports available to them.
I’ll meet you where you are on your unique journey and offer you the support you need to be your true self. A life where you’re able to get stuff done without sacrificing your well-being. You don’t have to continue masking, and you don’t have to do it alone.
