The modalities I use are cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, and dialectical behavior therapy. Do you feel anxious, depressed, and not like yourself? Would you like some tools to manage life in a more healthy and helpful way? Sometimes we feel stuck and need someone to believe in us. I want to be that person for you! Together we can reach your goals for living the life you know is possible. We will work collaboratively and I will strive to honor who you are, your life story, and the strengths that have gotten you through life this far. Therapy can be hard work, but it can feel a little less scary when you have someone by your side who believes in you.
