Hi! In our sessions, we will work together to set goals and find effective strategies to navigate your day to day. I help guide you in exploring underlying issues to see how they impact your well-being. I'm a therapist who enjoys diving into deeper issues to understand how they manifest as concerns in your life. I will stand up for you, even when it's difficult for you to do so, and encourage you to advocate for yourself. When mistakes happen – because we're all human – I will create a non-judgmental space to explore them. I have a passion for learning and will provide you with various resources for hw!
I utilize multiple different approaches to see what best resonates with you. I take a supportive approach throughout treatment and rely on the therapeutic connection. Through this I hope being vulnerable feels natural and safe.
I know starting treatment can seem daunting. I strive to make the intake/starting process straightforward and comfortable.
