I specialize in working with people affected by all kinds of trauma, especially childhood, interpersonal, sexual, adoption, and religious trauma. If you are looking to improve your relationships, capacity for intimacy and self-esteem, reduce dissociation, and feel comfortable in your own skin, there is help. If you feel like no one understands what you have been through, this is the right place. There is no need to spend the rest of your life doing talk therapy and feeling like you aren't going anywhere.
