If you describe how you feel with words like "heavy" or "foggy", have a hard time getting out of bed, lose track of time, are just generally feeling not yourself, struggle with relationships, and don't feel like you're in the driver's seat of your life the way you want to be, I may be able to help. My work, mainly with adult men ages 21-48, focuses on discovering senses of meaning and purpose that you would want to work towards. If those sound distant, you're not alone, but we can build towards them and get you back to living a life you want to live.

 

I provide a variety of no-BS evidence-based treatments. If it can be said simply, I'll say it that way. You decide and I help you work with the right mix of structured vs. open-ended, challenging vs. supportive and other factors. You'll know what goals you're working towards, and we'll talk about progress and sticking points often.

 

In the first session, you and I will co-create a tailored process. We will also come up with a plan and goals that work for you.
