We are passionate about personal growth and self-actualization which can emerge through the therapeutic process. We believe everything that occurs in life is not by accident, but are in fact lessons to be used in grasping one's own meaning of life. Although we tend to favor experiential approaches, our theoretical orientation focuses on an integrative style of therapy. We begin with the client gradually building a foundation of acceptance and trust that is both affirming and non-judgmental. A successful therapeutic relationship is built upon making a connection through engagement allowing a client the freedom to just "be."
