I've always hesitated to share my own perspective on inner work, because my path is mine and yours is yours. As a therapist, I can never be the expert on someone else. I built Ninefold to work the same way. A tool that supports the work without prescribing it, built on what I've come to trust most: nobody knows you better than you.
