I am committed to providing a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship. My approach to counseling is integrative—client-centered, relational, experiential, emotion-focused, and psychodynamic. I also implement principles from acceptance and commitment therapy, strength-based approaches, positive psychotherapy, and the Townsend model. My work is collaborative—I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my responsibility is to assist you in realizing your own values and goals.
