Welcome
Welcome 5 star clinic
Facing Giants is the practice home for Caroline Fithen’s Divorce Strategy work with women navigating separation, divorce, high-conflict dynamics, coercive control, parenting transitions, and post-separation challenges.
Through Facing Giants, women may access non-clinical, non-legal Divorce Strategy services, group support, parenting resources, and tools designed to support children and families through the relational, emotional, and practical disruptions that can come with divorce and co-parenting changes.
Divorce Strategy itself is specifically for women. This work helps women develop language, clarify priorities, strengthen boundaries, organize documentation, communicate more effectively with attorneys and support systems, and advocate more clearly for themselves and their children.
Facing Giants also reflects a broader commitment to supporting family transitions in developmentally appropriate, trauma-responsive, and resilience-centered ways. The tools and resources connected to this practice are built not only for the divorce process, but also for the children and families living through the changes around it.
Caroline is not practicing as a therapist and does not provide counseling, diagnosis, mental health treatment, legal advice, or legal representation. Instead, she provides educational and strategic support in the space between therapy and legal representation, helping women and families move through transition with more clarity, practical tools, and support.
The goal of this practice is to reduce isolation, strengthen resilience, and help women and families navigate change with more language, confidence, and connection.
This practice is appointment only. Reservations and inquiries can be made through facing-giants.com, or by booking directly here: Divorce Strategy Intensive.
