I believe that we all have an innate drive toward health and healing and counseling can be a good place to start. My focus is on helping people heal from intergenerational and relational trauma, medical trauma(s), work and family related stress, social anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and navigating difficult life transitions and thresholds so they can regain a vibrant and vital connection with themselves and those they love.

The pathways to healing that I offer include EMDR, mind-body psychotherapies, equine assisted psychotherapy, solution focused, somatic awareness, and nature based counseling. I also offer individual and group-based intensives (not covered by insurance) which are half-day or full-day "deep dive" sessions in nature to support you through life challenges.
