I believe each of us were designed for deep relationship and long for a sense of acceptance and belonging. So often however, we seem unable to experience authentic connection or intimacy with others. Though we reach out, we may feel unseen and unheard, eventually withdrawing, questioning our worth, and losing our ability to know and share our true self.  It is in these times we may need someone with whom we can share our burdens, someone who will hear our brokenness and accept us as we are.

It is my desire to provide a space of warmth, acceptance, and authenticity where you may share thoughts and feelings at your pace and in your own way. Together, we will unpack experiences which may have led to feelings of inadequacy, insignificance, and shame. In time, you may know the deep fulfillment that comes through knowing and being known by others.
