I have nearly a decade of experience working with teens and adults struggling with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Dissociative experiences and life transitions in a way that feels natural and supportive. My approach is down-to-earth, client-centered, and tailored to what works best for you.

I use a relational based approach, I am certified in EMDR, and I have a strong emphasis with parts work and sand tray. I believe our best healing happens when we feel comfortable and safe.
