Free to list, no expiration

List your practice where Oregonians are already searching.

A profile costs nothing to create and nothing to keep. 713 providers across 50 Oregon cities are listed here already.

Create your account

Just enough to get you in. Everything else is editable from your dashboard.

Your account

I send one verification link here. Nothing else without your say-so.

Ten characters or more.

Your license

Associates and residents: choose your associate title. Still in school? Choose Student. Pastoral counselors, massage therapists, coaches and other practitioners without a state mental health license: choose from Complementary care. Not listed? Choose Other.

I review this before your profile goes public.

Once I approve your account, complementary care profiles are listed on their own page, apart from licensed mental health providers. They never carry the Verified badge, and each one notes that you are not a state-licensed mental health provider. I can add a Credentials reviewed badge once I have checked your training.

Students get a profile with a Student badge so supervisors and colleagues can find you. It stays out of client search and has no booking or contact buttons until you are licensed or registered. Update your license type then and I will verify you.

Where you practice

I list providers with an active Oregon license. An office in another state is fine; your profile will say you see Oregon clients by telehealth.

For telehealth across Oregon. Your profile shows Statewide, Oregon instead of a city, and telehealth is switched on.

A little about you

At least ten words. I read these, and it keeps the bots out.

One of these may already be you
These pages were built from public licensing records. Claiming one keeps the listing and its history instead of starting a second page.

What you get to run

These are real screens from a live dashboard (mine). Scroll to move through them.

And what a client sees

The public side of a listed profile: verified badge, specialties, insurance, fees, and a direct way to get in touch.

What a free profile includes

Every item below is on the free plan. Paid plans raise the limits, they do not unlock the basics.

  • A page that gets found

Your profile is indexed and built around the way people actually search: a city, a specialty, an insurance plan.

  • A verified badge

Once I review your license, your profile carries the Verified mark that clients filter on.

  • Client inquiries

Matched inquiries land in your inbox, and you can unlock up to two a week. No per-lead billing, no bidding against other providers.

  • Pages of your own

Two custom pages on your profile. Use them for a group you are running, an EMDR page, a sliding scale policy.

  • Video and photo

A headshot and one video introduction, so someone can decide whether you feel like the right fit before they call.

  • The referral network

Pass clients to other Oregon providers when you are full or out of scope, and receive referrals the same way.

Also included: up to fifteen blog posts, social links, insurance and OHP filters, practice hours, and telehealth or in-person availability. Compare the plans
