I draw from CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, EMDR, somatic therapies and interpersonal interventions. If you are feeling confused, depressed or anxious, take the leap to ask for help. Therapy is a powerful aid to sort out the confusion and find answers to "why am I feeling this way and how do I make changes to feel better about myself, my relationships and my life". Sometimes psychological testing can answer these questions and many times therapy is the solution to re-establish health, balance and well being. I will meet you where you are and work with you to reestablish balance, heal ruptures, grieve losses and be the best version of yourself. Stage of life issues for couples and families is a common theme for clients I see.
