Thank you for stopping by! A little about myself. I am a mother, Nana, and dog mom to 2 Jack Russel's. (They haven't eaten the couch yet :) I grew up in foster care and was adopted in my teens. That path led me through my own therapeutic journey as I struggled with depression and anxiety. As I found wellness, I launched into social work to support families, and eventually here, as a licensed therapist. I have been working with Individuals and families in various therapeutic settings for over 25 years.
