Accepting new clientsAbout Heather
I'm a therapist with a decade of experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ clients, children and adolescents, adults, couples and families and those navigating complex emotional terrain. My expertise includes trauma and abuse recovery, ADHD, Autism, grief and loss, behavioral and emotional dysregulation, relationship dynamics, and anxiety—with a particular focus on social anxiety and phobias.
I work with clients exploring communication patterns, life purpose, attachment issues, and the weight of guilt, shame, and posttraumatic stress. I'm also experienced in supporting people through divorce, separation, and the journey toward forgiveness and healing.
My approach is grounded in genuine connection and understanding. I believe in meeting you where you are, honoring your values and identity, and creating space for meaningful dialogue about what matters most to you. I draw on evidence-based practices to help you build insight, strengthen relationships, and move toward the life you envision.
Taking that first step toward therapy takes courage, and I'm honored to walk alongside you.
