The adults I support feel torn between cultural or family expectations and their own desires. You’ve followed your family’s or culture’s rules, done everything “right,” and still feel anxious, stuck, and unseen. You second-guess every choice, feel pressure to meet others’ expectations, and wonder if you’re betraying yourself by wanting something different. I work at the nervous system level using Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems (aka parts work) to build lasting calm and clarity so you can make decisions that feel right for you. I also offer accessible virtual sessions in both Colorado and Oregon.
My trauma-informed approach affirms queer, BIPOC, and chronically ill clients, and helps you address anxiety at its root so you can feel freer, safer, and more confident choosing a life aligned what you truly want without feeling like you're betraying your culture, family, or identity.
If therapy hasn't worked for you before, it’s not your fault. I offer a low-pressure consultation call to see if we’re a good fit. This is your chance to find support tailored to you, helping you step out from obligations and expectations that no longer serve you.
