Are you looking for a therapist who can provide support for anxiety, depression, or trauma? Or are you struggling with symptoms related to ADHD or ASD? I work with adults, teens, and children, via telehalth, in Washington State who have Premera or Lifewise insruance. I see clients in Oregon State, via telehealth, with a variety of insurance. I also see clients in-person in Vancouver WA, or Portland, OR. The work I do with clients is strengths-based, and compassionate. I particularly enjoy supporting young adults and college students making the transition to greater independence.
My approach is person-centered and relational. My goal is to provide a space for your nervous system to regulate and heal. I typically work with: life changes, trauma, divorce, parenting issues, ADHD, ASD, anxiety, and depression. I can provide remote services to teens and adults, and in-person for kids.
