With over 35 years of experience as a therapist, I’m committed to helping individuals create meaningful change in their lives. I specialize in working with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and addictions, using a directive, goal-oriented style. One of the primary modalities I use is Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) — an evidence-based, eye-movement technique that has been shown to bring relief from trauma-related symptoms, of ART often provides relief in just a few sessions. I aim to reduce negative symptoms and enhance productivity, and I'm eager to see if we're a good fit for working together.
