About Adrienne

I really enjoy helping people build self esteem and a sense of self. In all areas of life, having a strong sense of self is beneficial. Family and society tend to impose on us who they think we should be. Many of us spend our lives shedding those impositions, working endlessly to figure out who we are, how we really like to dress, how we like to talk, and who we want to love. It is important to me that I help clients to feel empowered and be able to manage their mental health independently one day. I help you work through your depression, anxiety, and trauma symptoms, as well as help you find ways to thrive as a neurodiverse person
