I work with adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck due to trauma, chronic stress, or life transitions. I help clients build the capacity to be with difficult emotions, release long-held tension, shift limiting beliefs, and step into a more grounded, confident, and connected version of themselves. I support clients in Boulder or online in Oregon.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Boulder, Colorado, supporting adults navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, addiction, chronic pain, or major life transitions. I am trained in Somatic Experiencing® and Brainspotting, along with Gestalt and IFS-informed approaches. I help clients process difficult experiences safely, release tension, and reconnect with their bodies. My approach is collaborative and client-centered. I guide clients in building the capacity to be with difficult emotions, shift limiting beliefs, and step into a more grounded, confident, and connected version of themselves. I also draw on meditation and movement practices to bring presence to sessions. I hold an MA in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University.
