People who work well with me are those who are wanting to heal past wounds, understand and uncover aspects of self that have been keeping them stuck. I believe that making art is a brave act that we all have access to if we open our hearts and minds to the potential of its power. It takes courage to seek a therapist and takes time to find the right fit. I specialize in treating trauma, moving at a slow pace to support the internal system of the client. I invite people to try out creating art as a window or reflection into the self. Art making offers a deeper way of knowing or processing feelings that are hard to put into words.
