Currently accepting individual adult clients for telehealth in Missouri, Oregon, and Arkansas. I love working with people from across the gender spectrum heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, and life stress. If you're struggling, particularly with mid life changes or are late-diagnosed neurodivergent, let's connect! Queer-welcoming, sex positive, and ENM experienced. I offer EMDR and work with ages 18+. I believe firmly in the power of radical acceptance. Whatever the experience may be; noticing, accepting, expressing, and finding true choice helps us get underneath the symptoms to facilitate true growth and empowerment.
