I focus on working with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, navigating identity shifts and uncertainty. I listen for recurring themes, beliefs, thoughts and characters in hopes that shedding light on them continues to build awareness and that awareness gives us more of an opportunity to shift our response or action if we’d like. I guide folks through ambivalence, frustration, feelings of stagnation, and unease that often are exacerbated by different life stages and stressors.
