I strongly believe that lasting change occurs in a safe and collaborative environment, and I know that making the decision to reach out to a psychologist and embark on a path towards change can be extremely difficult. I offer psychotherapy to adults (from college age to older adults) struggling with a variety of problems, including chronic pain, medical conditions, trauma, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and work/relationship difficulties. I use evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure.
My approach is empathic, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I believe that therapy is a partnership and I aim to provide care in a safe and compassionate environment. I am interested in your unique experiences and goals, and I will work with you to establish a treatment plan that fits you. I welcome all sexual orientations and gender expressions.
