Hi! I'm Meagan and I'm passionate about helping my clients live their best, most authentic and meaningful lives.
I believe that everyone can benefit from questioning old patterns and ways of thinking that may feel instead, like absolute ways of being. Our stories can be told in a myriad of ways and it's my job to help you construct yours, in a way that enables healing from past struggles, congruence with authentic values and growth towards the future you deserve and dream of.

I believe in my client's strengths and know that it's these strengths as well as the willingness to be open, hopeful and curious, that are the keys to mental wellness and personal growth.
