Hello. Looking for a counselor can feel daunting, especially when you already feel vulnerable or alone. I bring over two decades of counseling experience in the mental health and substance abuse fields. My primary clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, substance use and addictive disorders. As a military spouse who has lived abroad in Germany (Ramstein AB) and stateside at McChord and McGuire Air Force Bases, I also understand the unique challenges faced by military members and their families.
