My ideal client would be someone who is aware of their current mental health needs, as well as someone who has the desire to obtain help. Oftentimes, people know when they are struggling with different emotions, however, they are uncertain of how to address their emotions. I have been most successful with clients that are experiencing issues with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I have also been very successful with helping clients treat addiction issues and moving forward with their lives after addiction.
