About Me
I approach counseling in an eclectic manner employing a variety of treatment options that best meets the client "where they are" and assists them as they move to "where they want to be." Support, insight, and motivation techniques are used to encourage each person to connect with their own natural (internal) wisdom and strength. With over 30 years in private practice, I have the training, the skills, and the experience to address concerns related to relationships, parenting, work transitions, recovery from illnesses such as a cardiac event and breast cancer, issues of depression & anxiety, and concerns related to climate change.
