About Me

The best therapeutic progress occurs when there is trust and teamwork between a client and their therapist, so I emphasize collaboration with my clients to accurately identify effective strategies for mood improvement and management of concerns and problems contributing to life difficulties. I have performed therapy in a variety of clinical settings, including community mental health clinics, medical centers, and inpatient psychiatric facilities. I have experience working with adolescents and adults of all ages as well as providing therapy and consultation for caregivers of dependent adults.
