I work with children who are struggling with big feelings and big behaviors. Maybe your child has experienced a loss or a change in family structure... or maybe you're not sure what is at the root of your child's struggles. Together, we will work closely to understand the needs, feelings and stressors at the root of your child's behavior. If your child has a sensitive nervous system and is easily overwhelmed (struggles with sleep, self esteem or big behaviors at home or school) let's work together to develop a plan to support your child's nervous system and help them feel safer, calmer and more resilient.
