We are all currently living in weighty, trying times. You might wonder if the trauma of the world is impacting you. Maybe you know it is since you've known trauma in the past. But here and now, you know you want more, more resilience, more choices, more flexibility in your responses to life, however it's happening for you. You're wanting to thrive. This work is possible and we can do it together. While the work is hard, it is not terrifying. We can work with trauma-specific therapies to prevent trauma and re-traumatization and to create the safety needed for healing and growth. I hope to hear from you so we can chat more.
