I love working with people of all ages and utilize relational, humanistic, person-centered, compassion-focused, and mindfulness-based approaches. Although I am trained as a generalist, my areas of practice are trauma-related issues, depression, anxiety, racial trauma, childhood/teen issues, and attachment/family of origin issues.
