I'm trained in EMDR, Attachment Theory, CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other evidenced based strategies. I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are struggling with conflict, communication, loss, infidelity and other patterns that interfere with a healthy sense of well being. Due to a recent increase in requests I now also specialize in the recovery of narcissistic abuse. I use strong, evidence based and statistically proven approaches to therapy because I believe you deserve results.
