My orientation is informed by psychodynamic, Gestalt, attachment, relational, and CBT modalities. I work with adults, teens, and relationships in the following areas: trauma, communication, grief, sexuality, anxiety, creativity, depression, and career, among others. I am a certified Gestalt therapist and I also specialize in ethical/consensual nonmonogamy.
