My assessment clients often seek deeper understanding regarding how they interact with the world. Through assessments we can make more sense of challenges at home, school or in the workplace and come up with a plan to address those areas of concern. Therapy is more focused on the process of developing further insights into how the client relates to others in terms of relationships. Therapy provides another tool to respond to stressors in a way that is consistent with our values.
