Finding a therapist that fits can be both difficult and confusing. I can help you navigate your way through the often bewildering maze of mental health services. My mission is to provide personalized, high-quality mental health care to adolescents, young adults, and adults. At your first visit, we complete a comprehensive bio/psycho/social assessment. Then we collaborate together, reviewing possible recommendations and information regarding helpful strategies and treatments.
