I primarily use Adlerian Play Therapy when working with kids, EMDR when working with individuals who have experienced trauma, and CBT is often woven into various other treatment models. I am passionate about helping people find healing and transformation in their life. Life is challenging and messy in ways most of us didn't expect. I have heavily specialized on grief & loss, foster care & adoption issues, and treating PTSD, and Adlerian Play Therapy with kids and families.
