I've completed post - graduate studies in Hakomi experiential processing, EMDR, Interpersonal Neurobiology As a body psychotherapist, I am passionate about studying systems on how cultures from around the world to heal trauma. I've spent the last 15+ years, teaching and supporting people in understanding and healing recent and long term traumas.
Trauma resolution can seem intimidating and scary, or like it requires you to dig into a painful past. But at its core, the work we might do together is about returning your access to play, rest and more intimate connection to life! Consent and safety in mind, body and spirit are key as we sit together.
