We are born with boundless curiosity, exploring the world with open hearts, but trauma can narrow our perspectives, leading us to seek safety in the familiar, bringing both comfort and restriction. Therapy invites us to gently feel our way forward, offering tools to promote embodiment, connection, and growth. I work with helpers, caregivers, and those navigating the unique pressures of marginalized identities—first-gen folks, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and individuals performing emotional or undervalued labor.
