About Me
I draw from trauma-informed practices, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing ( EMDR) to heal. You don’t have to navigate painful emotions or overwhelming experiences alone. Whether you’re feeling weighed down by trauma, anxiety, depression, or the ups and downs of bipolar disorder, therapy can be a place to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin to heal. My goal is to help you feel safe, seen, and empowered as you work toward greater calm and clarity. As you begin to heal, you will find you trust yourself more and believe that you can create the changes you desire.
