I'm trained in multiple evidence-based trauma treatments ( EMDR, CPT & PE), and we'll choose what fits you. I practice clinical social work, treating clients respectfully, and honoring that they are the expert on their own life. I work from a strengths based and empowerment perspective, emphasizing the client’s capacities, talents, competencies, possibilities, goals, values and hopes. I work with them, empowering them to learn skills and techniques to ultimately help them build their self-confidence, self-worth, and self-efficacy through evidence based practices.
