Kelsey is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing ( EMDR), Attachment Based Family Therapy (ABFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) and is experienced in Emotional Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Strategic Family therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and play therapy. Kelsey will work with you in a collaborative process in order to gain insight, and reach your full potential. Kelsey's goal as a therapist is to illuminate the patterns and processes that may be working against you and to support you in bringing about your own positive changes, both within yourself and in your relationships.
