For more than 15 years, I’ve supported adults as they navigate some of life’s most confusing, painful, and uncertain experiences. You may notice old patterns showing up even when you “know better,” or find that transitions, parenting, relationships, career, identity, are more complex than you expected. I believe therapy is about understanding how your experiences, beliefs, and inner world shape your life today, and learning how to move forward with greater clarity, connection, and authenticity.
