I offer holistic, somatic, EMDR, trauma-informed therapy with a focus on resilience, integration, and self-trust. You may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, or grieving. Maybe you’ve experienced harm in a therapeutic, spiritual, or psychedelic setting and are struggling to trust yourself or others again. My clients often seek a space that feels safe, collaborative, and attuned. They want clarity, connection, and deep healing not just coping skills, but lasting change. If you're moving through trauma, identity shifts, or trying to make sense of a difficult psychedelic experience, you're not alone.
