My practice serves to help you if you have been through unexpected or upsetting times, you feel as if you need to change a longstanding challenge or pattern, or you simply need a confidential and safe space to explore new ways of existing in the world. Counseling can be so many things — an opportunity to shake your foundation, a simple reframe to current perspectives, or a chance to reaffirm what you already know to be true for you. I offer mental health counseling, EMDR, and sex coaching.
