About Me
Having both personal and professional experiences with grief, caregiving, and complex family dynamics, I am particularly attuned to clients facing those challenges, no matter their role. Grief can show up in all sorts of ways from a death of a loved one, a loss of a job, a relationship breakup, family estrangement, or a change in one's health. Our complex feelings around grief and loss can manifest as anxiety, despair, and anger, as well as feeling disconnected from one's community and one's self. My hope is to provide a path to explore these feelings, and find some relief during difficult life transitions.
